Networking with Industry Leaders

An important reason alumni choose to volunteer with Lehigh is to help students and fellow alumni network and gain work experience. Mentorship, recruiting, resume review, and externships are just a few ways alumni help others with professional development.

We offer several opportunities to engage as professionals. Lehigh Alumni Relations organizes and supports many professional alliances that are a great way to network with fellow alumni in a particular field or industry. Professional alliances are also a good way to  leverage the Lehigh network to make new contacts or to learn more about your field. There is nothing like working and learning with Lehigh alumni outside of the classroom — nearly 60 volunteers lead industry-based alliances with 2,787 members and plan programming for other alumni in the field.
